A Taste of Spring Raised Over $20,000 for Children with Chronic Illnesses

On Friday evening, May 3rd, Room to Dream held a Wine Tasting Fundraiser at the Fairmont Hotel at Battery Wharf. Over 100 guests attended and enjoyed hors d’oeuvres by Aragosta Bar & Grill and wine samplings from Jason Lee & South Liquor Mart as they bid on several fabulous auction items. It was a wonderfully successful evening for Room to Dream, with all proceeds going to fund our mission, which is to create healing environments for chronically ill children and their siblings. We would like to thank our emcee of the evening, Room to Dream Honorary Board Member Jenny Johnson of NECN. We would also like to thank our special guests, Room to Dream Honorary Board Member Taniya Nayak of HGTV and Dave Goucher, the voice of the Boston Bruins, as well as our fantastic  photographer of the evening, Melissa Ostrow.
